Common questions

Where’s my pet? Tap Summon in the app. On iPhone 14 Pro and later, it appears in the Dynamic Island. On other iPhones it appears on the Lock Screen.

Screen Time isn’t connecting. Make sure you’re signed into iCloud, then try Connect Screen Time again and pick the apps to track. You can also skip Screen Time and use timer-only mode.

Live Activities aren’t showing. Check Settings → DoomPal → Live Activities, and Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Live Activities / Lock Screen options.
